May is Child Care Month in BC! The Government of British Columbia understands the vital role that early learning and child care professionals have in our lives every day, especially during the COVID19 pandemic.  
 Thank you for making sure essential workers have the care they need, so they can provide the services people need to stay home and stay safe!

​BC’s Restart Plan Premier John Horgan provided a series of steps for loosening the current restrictions on daily life for the gradual reopening of BC during a media session on May 6. We will be sharing more information on how we will support child care during the restart as soon as possible. Click here to learn more.  The Ministry of Health and the Office of the Public Health Officer are also updating guidelines for the safe operation of child care facilities during the COVID-19 pandemic. These guidelines will be available on our website in the near future.
